Help with common problems
What to check when a page, save, download or payment does not work.
A page is temporarily unavailable
Try loading the page again. If the message includes a support reference, keep it and contact your administrator with the page address and approximate time. Do not include your password or verification code.
You are unsure whether a change was saved
Open or refresh the record and check its current details before submitting again. A timeout does not always mean nothing was saved. If another user changed the record, review the latest version before continuing.
An action or module is missing
Confirm that you are in the correct barangay and signed in with the intended account. Your role, the barangay’s plan or a service setting can affect what is available. Ask the barangay administrator to check your access.
A file will not upload or download
Check the file type and size shown on the page. Wait for an upload to finish before submitting its record. If a download is not available yet, check whether approval, payment or filing is still required.
You were charged but the request still says unpaid
Check the request status before attempting another payment. Keep your tracking number and payment reference, then contact the barangay office. Staff should use Service status and the payment audit history to investigate.
Your connection was interrupted
Reconnect and review the latest record before continuing. Unsaved changes may need to be entered again. If the page reports a conflict, refresh it and check whether another staff member has already completed the action.
